DIET !

OK, I am officially Fat now! I've gain a lot of weight lately, especially since I was moving out to 'kost' or in English they called 'boarding house' (according to my English teacher). You know, when you stay alone or with your friends, you could sleep whenever you want and go out whenever you want. Your sleep and eat habit might be different with when you were home. And if you stay around your campus, it got a lot of place to eat and some has 24/7, so even thought it was 3am and you were hungry, you could still go out and find some food. Most of the foods they sell are instant noodles, toast, coffee, milo, milk, tea and something like that. Those foods may be delicious, but it isn't good for health, especially you would go to sleep right after you eat, that is totally a bad habit. I've been eating a lot of instant noodles and toast with cheese and chocolate which was really fatty and unhealthy! And when I learn that I'm getting fat already, I'm starting to eat more healthy food such as salad and do some exercise such as running.

First, I had to research the benefits of adding salad to my diet. Fresh, raw, vegetables contain vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Consider that 1 cup of shredded lettuce contains roughly 10 calories, whereas 1 cup of  noodles and cheese contain nearly 400 calories. 

I've never like vegie but I gotta learn to eat it. I found it really tasteless but I've figure it out how to make it a better taste. I mix the vegie up with many kinds of fruit which I enjoy to eat. Even thought it has a better taste, I still not used to it. I fell weird not eating rice or meat, but I'll do my best and I know that I'll be use to it soon. And the most important thing is, it is good for my health and my diet.

So, be healthy guys, cause health is the most precious thing in your entire life. No matter how success are you or how rich are you, if you have problems with your health, thats all seems useless.. xoxo

This is my fruit and vegie salad (tonight dinner ^^)

    Because of starving of course..
